What will your all-inclusive accounting package cost?

What’s included in the all-inclusive monthly fee?

Year-end accounts, management accounts, company or partnership tax returns, your personal tax return, VAT review and filing, CIS returns, capital gains tax returns, tax investigation insurance, payroll, auto-enrolment pensions, your confirmation statement, a registered office address, company secretarial services, Xero software and training, and free tax and accounting support.

How much does it cost?

Your fixed monthly fee is based on your annual turnover. Use the pricing calculator on this page to see your price. A one month set-up fee applies to all packages.

Can I add bookkeeping or tax planning?

Yes. Bookkeeping and our no-win, no-fee tax planning service can be added as optional extras for a modest increase in your monthly fee.

How do I switch to Fresh from my current accountant?

Let us know you’re ready, tell your current accountant you’re leaving (or ask us to do it for you), then sit back while we liaise with them and move everything across. We’ll help you time the switch so there’s no interruption to your service.

Do you only work with businesses in Devon?

No. We’re based in Clyst St Mary near Exeter, but we provide all our services remotely, so we work with businesses across the UK. You’re always welcome to visit us in person.

Which accounting software do you use?

We use Xero. Your subscription is included in your fee and we’ll train you so you’re fully up to speed.
